Thank you for shopping with Homiblend. We are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience.


Return Window

You may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, unwashed and in original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, accessories and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • An unboxing video must be shared for any damage or defect claim.

Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept returns only in the following situations:

  1. Damaged or defective product received
  2. Missing items in the order

In these cases, return pickup will be free.

Return requests based on personal preference, change of mind, size issues, or if the product is not liked will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Situations

Return will not be accepted if:

  • The product or packaging is used, washed, altered, stained, scratched or damaged by the customer.
  • The product seal or tamper-proof packaging is opened or broken.
  • Any accessories, tags or free gifts are missing from the package.
  • Customer deliberately refuses delivery or provides an invalid/incorrect address.
  • The product was purchased during a sale, special offer or clearance (except damaged or Defective Product cases).

Return Pickup and Charges

  • Free pickup is provided only for damaged or defective product cases.
  • If pickup is not available at your location, you may need to self-ship the product.
  • Reimbursement for self-shipping will be processed only if a valid courier receipt is provided.

Replacement or Refund

If the returned item is approved after inspection:

  • If stock is available, a replacement will be provided.
  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

Refund method:

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Refund processing time: 7 to 10 business days after approval. Bank processing timelines may vary.


Quality Check

Returned products undergo a strict quality check. Homiblend reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy conditions mentioned above.
