Welcome to Homiblend (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and purchase of products from Homiblend. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using our website.

1. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of your login details. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if misuse, fraud, or policy violation is detected.

2. Product Information and Limitations

We sell imitation jewellery, women’s accessories, cosmetics, clothing, fabrics, and home decor products for personal use only.

  • Visual and Color Variations: Product visuals and colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, digital screens, or manufacturing variations.
  • Cosmetic Products: Individual results vary. A patch test is recommended. We are not responsible for allergic or adverse reactions.
  • Fragile Products: Handle with care. Breakage due to mishandling by the customer is not covered under returns.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization and verification.

We may cancel or modify orders due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or product errors
  • Suspicion of fraudulent behavior
  • Multiple past COD refusals by the customer

If an order is cancelled, refund will be processed as per the Refund Policy.

Reselling our products without written approval is strictly prohibited.

4. Pricing, Payments and Billing

Prices are listed in INR and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or COD fees may apply.

By placing an order, you confirm payment details are valid and authorized.

For COD orders, refusal at delivery without valid reason may result in restriction of COD service for future orders.

5. Shipping, Delivery and Risk

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Once a product is handed over to the courier partner, the responsibility and risk of delivery transfer to the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to conditions and timelines mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy. Customers are responsible to comply with eligibility criteria described in that policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, product images, text, graphics, and digital assets on this website belong to Homiblend or are licensed to us. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers such as payment gateways and courier partners. We are not responsible for losses or issues resulting from your interaction with those external services.

9. Reviews and Submitted Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant us permission to use the content for marketing or promotional purposes. You confirm the submitted content does not violate any rights or laws.

We may remove content found abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful.
