- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom, personalized, or high-demand products may require additional processing time.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and ready for shipment.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
- We partner with trusted courier services to deliver your products safely and on time.
- Shipping method selection is based on product type, weight, and delivery location.
- We currently ship within India. International shipping may be available in the future; details will be provided at checkout if applicable.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location, product type, and order size.
- Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions; such offers are subject to terms and conditions stated during the promotion.
4. Delivery Time
Standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days for most locations in India. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

- Remote or difficult-to-reach locations
Homiblend is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your shipment through the courier’s website or tracking portal.
- Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after shipment.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- Homiblend is not liable for delays, lost shipments, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Risk and Title Transfer
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier partner.
- We recommend inspecting packages upon delivery and reporting any visible damage immediately.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at homiblend@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item.
- In case of lost shipments, we will work with the courier to locate or replace the order, subject to verification.
9. Return Pickup
- Homiblend offers free return pickup for eligible orders as per our Return & Refund Policy.
- If the return does not meet policy criteria, return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.
